The Equal Justice Initiative has been operating since 1989 focusing on Reform, Justice, and Education. EJI challenges poverty and racial injustice, advocates for equal treatment in the criminal justice system, and creates hope for marginalized communities.
The announcement from Vic Mignogna is as follows (via Twitter @vicmignogna): "Like many of you, I’m troubled and concerned about what is going on in our country today, so I’ve decided to donate a portion of the earnings from Anime Matsuri to the following worthy charity."
